Utah Subcontractor Agreement

A Utah subcontractor agreement is an agreement or legal document that clarifies the responsibilities, prerequisites, and rights of a subcontractor hired by a contractor to provide services and assistance in an ongoing project. The subcontractor can only negotiate directly with the contractor about set terms and expectations, or with the client/owner is also the builder/contractor. The hiring party has to clearly detail the services/work expected to be completed by the subcontractor, the method, amount, and due date of compensation, the commencement and completion dates, and any other necessary prerequisites and provisions needed by the subcontractor.
