A Rhode Island Independent Contractor Agreement is a contract between a freelancer and a client which establishes the specific details of the project they are about to carry out. This contract has important information concerning the parties involved, payment, deadlines, and rules to be observed by either party. This contract can also be called a ‘ consulting agreement’ or ‘freelance agreement’.
