South Dakota Subcontractor Agreement

A South Dakota subcontractor agreement is a contract that clearly specifies the terms required for a subcontractor to work on a project that a party known as a contractor has been hired to do or oversee. In this type of agreement, the subcontractor works directly with the contractor and not the client. This simply means that the contractor is the party responsible for dispensing money as regards payment and expenses towards the subcontractor. In the event of a dispute or disagreement, the legally binding nature of a subcontractor agreement permits either party to pursue litigation.
