Georgia Vehicle Bill of Sale

The Georgia motor vehicle bill of sale form is known as Form T-7. It’s a legally binding agreement where the seller and the person purchasing a vehicle formally document and agree to the terms related to the transaction and ownership transfer. Like other states, the bill of sale is a required document when registering a vehicle plus an odometer disclosure statement. It’s a relatively straightforward document that becomes valid after signing and doesn’t require witnesses or a notary public. With that being said, it may be a good idea to get a notary public involved to strengthen the document.
